Description

This is a custom made brand new sink grid to replace Franke Orca sink grid OC-36S or OC-36C and this is foldable.  Fits perfectly in the old Franke Orca sink ORX110 or ORG110.

Made with non-coated high quality stainless steel which is built to last. Unlike the old coated grid, this non-coated grid prevents all the mold and food getting stuck into the grid and very easy to clean with a brush.
**Moreover, as it’s a foldable version, it can easily fit into your dishwasher whenever you decide to give it a clean.
Few extra scratch proof clips are added into the package.
Please check the measurements which are specified in mm in the last picture, make sure it fits into your sink and then place the order.
Below are the dimensions of the grid in inches.
Length of the grid = 26 1/4 inch
Width of left hand side = 16 1/8 inch
Width in the middle = 13 inch
Width of the right hand side = 12 1/2 inch
Drain hole circle is 7 inch from left side and 14 10/16 inch from right side

    excellent service and perfect sink grid for my old, discontinued sink
    they did not have the correct grid in stock when I first found it and so I inquired if they would have it in the future.
    They emailed me about a month later to say they were back in stock.
    Ordered the grid and it arrived quickly and fits perfectly in my sink

Overview

 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please reach out to customerservice@namahas.com to get an authorization for the refund. Once we approve your request, we will provide an address where you can send the item. 

You will be responsible for return shipping costs for the returns.

In certain cases, if you receive a damaged product from us, we will validate the damage based on the pictures which you submit to us and we can provide a return shipping label.

 

Refund processing

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

 

Late or missing refund credits

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

 

We only replace if you’ve received a defective or damaged product from us. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@namahas.com describing the damage, we will validate it and we will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
