Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please reach out to customerservice@namahas.com to get an authorization for the refund. Once we approve your request, we will provide an address where you can send the item.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs for the returns.
In certain cases, if you receive a damaged product from us, we will validate the damage based on the pictures which you submit to us and we can provide a return shipping label.
Refund processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refund credits
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace if you’ve received a defective or damaged product from us. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@namahas.com describing the damage, we will validate it and we will provide a pre-paid shipping label.

Unable to find a replacement for my 20-year-old sink rack, which had peeling plastic and attendant mold, I was pleased to find Namahas. The staff explained what measurements and information they needed in order to fabricate a custom-made rack that fits my sink perfectly. It has the added advantage of folding and fitting in the dishwasher. There is no plastic coating to collect food and bacteria. I couldn’t be happier with the rack, and I only wish I had found Namahas sooner.
