Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please reach out to customerservice@namahas.com to get an authorization for the refund. Once we approve your request, we will provide an address where you can send the item.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs for the returns.
In certain cases, if you receive a damaged product from us, we will validate the damage based on the pictures which you submit to us and we can provide a return shipping label.
Refund processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refund credits
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace if you’ve received a defective or damaged product from us. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@namahas.com describing the damage, we will validate it and we will provide a pre-paid shipping label.

This is absolutely perfect! We bought a home & inherited a sink with the ‘coated’ grate. I could never figure out how to peel off the plastic so I could clean the metal. This site saved me when I was ready to order a new one but found out it’s a discontinued part! Not only is this an exact replica of the OEM part but it’s better b/c it has a beautiful matte finish & no plastic coating. Also came with extra protectors for the legs & ends. Very nicely made & packaged correctly for shipping!
